The worst ache is the present ache

This is a Lebanese proverb. Just thought I'd tell you that. Perhaps they do more keep-fit classes in Lebanon than anywhere else in the world?

 Today, my shoulders and my neck and my knees and my legs and my arms and my wrists ache.
