The art form is to become one with the hurdle, to make it your friend...

Renaldo Nehemiah, 3-time world record breaker in 110m hurdles said that.


He's quite talented as guinea pigs go.


And today is the day of the London Marathon (Go Tara!)


I think writing a novel is like running a marathon WITH HURDLES...

Some of my best friends are hurdles
